Asian Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Canned Tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger. minced
- 3/4 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, diced finely
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Canola Oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Egg Whites
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 6 Whole-Grain Rolls
- 1 small Romaine Lettuce, torn into 6 pieces
- 2 medium Tomatoes, sliced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Drain and flake tuna
- In a large bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, green onions, red bell peppers, sesame oil, canola oil, and egg whites together.
- Add breadcrumbs and stir well.
- Use a scoop to portion 6 servings onto a full sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press tuna light to form into tuna patties.
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Slice rolls open and place on plate; place 1/2 oz lettuce on the bottom half of each roll.
- Place 1 1/2 oz sliced tomato on top of lettuce
- Place cooked tuna burger on top of tomato. Cover with the top of the roll.
