We know that feeding your family healthy meals on a tight budget isn’t always easy—but we’re here to help! This August, the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank is partnering with Virginia Cooperative Extension to offer free, hands-on cooking classes designed specifically for caregivers of children 12 and under.
These In the Kitchen classes offer a supportive, social, and fun way to learn how to prepare low-cost, easy, and nutritious recipes for your household. Whether you're an experienced home cook or just getting started, you’ll walk away with valuable tips, tasty recipes, and a free cooking kit to help you keep cooking at home.
