Help Support Our Community Gardens

Our Community Gardens provide a local supply healthy vegetables throughout the growing season, increasing the nutrition of food provided to families in need. Since 2009 Quin Rivers has developed 7 gardens at food bank partner agencies and on the front lawn of the food bank. The food bank will be partnering with Quin Rivers to expand the program to more agencies throughout 2010 and 2011.

How You Can Help: Consider contributing fresh produce to our Community Gardens throughout the growing season. We can accept the donations here at the food bank during operating hours and the produce contributes a wonderful, healthy assortment of vegetables for our partner’s clients. Learn more...
