Ways You Can Volunteer

Warehouse Volunteers - Common volunteer activities include inspecting, organizing, and repackaging donated food & grocery items for distribution to partner agencies. Assembling bags or nutritious, kid friendly food items for the Food Bank's Food-4-Kidz Program. Packing boxes of supplemental food and other grocery products for the Food Bank's Food For Life Program.

Bulk Food Repack - Year Round. Monday - Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Wednesday from 8:00am to 5:30pm. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age.

Food-4-Kidz Pack - September through June. 3rd Tuesday of every month. Ideal groups are between 6 to 10 individuals. Groups can schedule to participate in the pack at anytime during normal business hours.

Food For Life Pack - Year Round. 1st Saturday of each month from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Volunteers must be at least 10 years of age.

Food Bank Garden - April through October. Help us grow fresh vegetables to supply food pantries and programs. No experience necessary.

Mobile Food Pantry - Year Round. Volunteers meet the truck at pre-designated sites, unload the truck, set out the products on tables, organize the distribution, help clients with their food, and assist with clean up.

Special Events - Year Round. Volunteer to help with events like volunteer fairs, food drives and community expos.
Food Bank Volunteer Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday 8:00am to 5:30pm
- First Saturday of the month 9:00am to 12:00pm. We ask that you schedule Saturday volunteer hours in advance with our Manager of Volunteer Services.
